Here I am in Astavakrasana (Eight Angle Pose) at the Kailasha temple. This advanced arm balance requires significant core strength, hip flexibility, and focus.

This video showcases some partner work, including a supported handstand and an Acro Yoga pose. These practices build not only strength and balance but also communication and trust.

A glimpse into some partner poses in an outdoor setting. We're practicing a hanging lotus pose and a supported forward fold, which builds both individual and shared strength.
