About this collection
When I teach, I don't look for the perfect shape. I look for where your breath gets stuck. Whether we are doing Hatha or Vinyasa, the goal is to stop forcing your body into a posture and start letting it settle into one. If you can breathe deeply and steadily, you are doing the yoga right. Everything else is just a variation.
My sessions are designed to move beyond the aesthetic of yoga. We start by using pranayama as a tool to calm the mind. If you are breathing correctly, the physical movement follows naturally. I incorporate my knowledge of Marma therapy into our flow, teaching you to pay attention to how specific energy points respond to movement, rather than just stretching muscles.
What you can expect from our sessions:
- Mindful Flow: We move through Hatha and Vinyasa sequences designed to release tension in common areas like the neck, hips, and shoulders.
- Breathwork Focus: I introduce simple pranayama techniques—like Nadi Shodhana—that you can use daily to manage stress, improve sleep, and regulate your body temperature.
- Body Awareness: We avoid the 'no pain, no gain' mentality. Instead, I teach you to listen to your body, recognizing when to push gently and when to find stillness.
Whether you are looking to recover from a high-stress corporate lifestyle in Bengaluru or you are an athlete looking to improve mobility, the practice is tailored to your energy levels. We don't chase perfect poses; we chase the clarity that comes from a steady breath and a calm mind.
