Yoga is a practice of finding stillness and connection. Discover how we balance energy, breathwork, and mindfulness to build a practice that feels as good as it looks.

This is a simple but powerful reminder of what we cultivate through yoga. The practice teaches us to find stillness and calm amidst life's challenges, turning it into a true superpower for mental and emotional well-being.

I share this because it is the heart of my teaching. The goal is not physical perfection but internal exploration. We come to the mat to feel, to heal, and to connect with ourselves on a deeper level.

This image represents the principle of Hatha yoga, the balance of sun (Ha) and moon (Tha) energies within us. My practice aims to harmonize these opposing forces, uniting the active and receptive parts of ourselves to create inner equilibrium.

This video demonstrates Nadi Shodhana, or alternate nostril breathing, a foundational pranayama technique. This practice is incredibly effective for calming the mind, reducing anxiety, and balancing the left and right hemispheres of the brain.

About The Yoga Mindset

When we work together, I do not focus on achieving perfect, Instagram-ready poses. Instead, we use tools like cork blocks and straps to make sure your body feels supported, not strained. It is about learning to breathe through the challenge and finding the mental space to actually enjoy the movement, rather than just forcing your body into a shape.

Most people come to me wanting to touch their toes or nail a headstand. That is fine, but the real work happens when we slow down. My practice is grounded in Hatha and Vinyasa styles, where we emphasize the critical connection between breath and movement.

Whether you are in Juhu, Bandra, or tuning in from your living room, the goal is the same. We start by balancing your energy, using the Hatha principles of Ha (sun) and Tha (moon) to ensure you finish a session feeling recharged rather than drained. I teach techniques like Nadi Shodhana (alternate nostril breathing) because I have seen it transform how my clients handle daily stress, anxiety, and the noise of city life.

I bring my own props, including blocks and bolsters, for every in-person home session across Mumbai. You do not need a studio setup or any prior experience. If you are pregnant, we modify every asana to ensure safety and comfort using specialized supports. If you are feeling burnt out, we shift to restorative holds. Let us stop treating yoga as a task on your to-do list and start treating it as a way to come back to yourself.
