This is what pure, uninhibited laughter looks like. In my sessions, I guide you through simple breathing and laughter exercises to help you let go of stress and find that childlike joy, even if it feels a little strange at first.
Laughter yoga is not confined to a studio. Here is a wonderful outdoor session with a group connecting through shared laughter and fresh air. We hold hands to build a circuit of positive energy, making the experience even more powerful.
A session with me is a complete journey. We begin with gentle warm-ups and meditation, move into guided laughter exercises that get everyone involved, and end with a feeling of deep relaxation and connection.
From small groups to large festivals, I bring the energy of joy and celebration. This video shows a large gathering where we used dance and movement to create a wave of positive energy, proving that laughter is a universal language.
I am Yogi Ajay Rana, and I will be your guide on this journey. My approach combines ancient yogic wisdom with practical techniques to help you find balance and joy in modern life.

My laughter yoga sessions are not about listening to jokes or performing for others. We use guided pranayama, rhythmic clapping, and simple movement to move past the initial hesitation until the laughter becomes genuine and deep. It is a practical, non-judgmental space where the goal is to leave feeling lighter and more energized than when you arrived.
How a Session Works
We don't need a comedy script to laugh. My sessions follow a structured flow designed to bypass the analytical mind and trigger natural joy.
- Warm-up: We begin with rhythmic clapping and vocal chanting to get the energy moving.
- The Laughter Phase: Through gradient laughter simulation and pranayama breathwork, we dissolve social inhibitions. It might feel strange for the first five minutes, but once the group rhythm takes over, the laughter becomes infectious and therapeutic.
- Deep Relaxation: Every session ends with 10 to 15 minutes of Yoga Nidra or humming meditation to ground that energy.
Where We Practice
I bring this practice to wherever you need it.
- Community: Join me in public parks like Rajouri Garden for our weekly group sessions.
- Private: I travel to homes, terraces, or farmhouses across Delhi NCR for intimate groups of 5 to 15 guests. I bring the music and the setup; you just bring the intent.
- Corporate: For offices, we focus on desk stress relief, eye strain reduction, and breaking the hierarchy-based tension between colleagues.
