This is me. I bring my experience as an advanced Hatha yoga teacher to every class, creating a space where you can feel supported and grow in your practice.
A smile and a welcoming attitude are part of every class I teach. I want you to feel comfortable and happy on your mat.
My goal is to be an approachable and friendly guide for your yoga practice. There are no silly questions here.
When I'm not on the mat, I love finding moments of quiet and joy in everyday life, a practice that yoga has taught me.

About this collection
When you step into my class, don’t worry about touching your toes or looking perfect. Whether we are using a rope wall in my JP Nagar studio or practicing on a rooftop, my focus is entirely on how the movement feels in your body. I keep things light, conversational, and always adaptable to your specific energy levels that day.
My Approach to Yoga
I am an internationally certified Hatha yoga teacher, but my real training comes from working with people like you—beginners who are stiff, people recovering from injuries, and those who just need to breathe. My goal is to make movement feel like a reset button, not a task on your to-do list.
What You Can Expect
My sessions in JP Nagar and across Bengaluru are designed to be practical. We focus on:
- Safe Alignment: I use props like chairs, belts, and wall ropes to help you get the most out of every pose without straining.
- Breathwork: Pranayama is the heartbeat of my practice. It keeps us grounded and focused.
- Adaptability: If you have back pain, are dealing with an injury, or just haven't moved in a while, I will adjust the poses to fit you. My classes are a judgment-free zone.
My Philosophy
I grew up in Mangalore, and I carry that grounded energy into my teaching. I don't believe in the performative side of yoga where you need to look like a gymnast to fit in. Instead, I focus on building functional strength and flexibility that you can actually use in your daily life. Whether you join my Foundation Hatha (Abhyasa) batch or book a private 1-on-1 therapy session, you will find a space where you can be yourself, laugh, and move at your own pace.
