This is a glimpse into how I teach. I focus on making Hatha yoga accessible and fun, whether we are using props to safely deepen an inversion or just finding a bit of calm on the mat.

This is the feeling I want you to have. Finding your balance with Trikonasana, or Triangle Pose, as the sun sets over the ocean. It's a beautiful way to stretch the entire body and find a moment of calm.

In my studio, we use tools like this rope wall to make challenging poses like inversions accessible and safe. It's a fantastic way to build upper body strength and decompress the spine, even if you're new to going upside down.

Correct alignment is key to a safe and effective practice. Here, I'm guiding a student through hip adjustments to prevent lower back pain and deepen her posture, ensuring she gets the most out of every movement.

Don't let the summer heat stop you. The warmth actually makes your body more flexible, and we always end with a cooling Shavasana. This video shows our inclusive group class environment, where everyone is welcome.

Practicing Vrikshasana, or Tree Pose, next to this magnificent banyan tree is a powerful reminder of our connection to nature. This pose is wonderful for improving balance, focus, and strengthening your legs.

I believe in a practice that is both soulful and well-informed. As an internationally certified RYT-200 and RYT-300 Hatha yoga teacher, I am equipped to guide you safely on your wellness journey.

Finding strength and stillness in Utkatasana, or Chair Pose, against a beautiful sunset. This pose is a great way to build heat in the body while strengthening your core, thighs, and ankles.

About this collection

Before you join, it is helpful to know that my classes prioritize safe, sustainable alignment over being able to do a perfect pose on day one. Whether we are using the rope walls for spinal traction or refining your hip placement to help with lower back pain, my goal is to teach you how to move your body in a way that feels good and lasts. You do not need to be flexible to start; you just need to show up.

A Practice That Fits You

Yoga should be a relief, not another source of stress in your day. My Hatha sessions at the JP Nagar studio are designed to meet you exactly where you are—whether you are a total beginner dealing with a stiff back or an experienced practitioner looking to deepen your asana practice.

How we approach class:

  • Safe Alignment: We use props like blocks, belts, and bolsters to support your body. My job is to guide you into postures safely so you get the benefits without the strain.
  • Rope Wall Usage: You will see these in my gallery. They are fantastic for spinal traction and decompressing the back, making inversions accessible even if you have never tried them before.
  • Mindful Pacing: We don't just rush through the flow. We integrate Pranayama (breathwork) to keep the mind steady, and we always save time for a proper Shavasana. That 'melting into the mat' feeling? That is the best part, yaara.

Why Choose My Studio?

It is not just about the poses. My classes are a mix of hard work and laughter. I believe that if you aren't enjoying the journey, you won't stick with it. I limit class sizes to ensure I can give personal attention, providing manual adjustments to keep you safe and help you progress. If you are dealing with specific health concerns, we will modify the routine to suit your needs, not the other way around. Come by for a session—let’s move, breathe, and find a little more balance together.
