Breathwork is the secret to calming your mind and resetting your nervous system. Let’s learn to flow, breathe, and find balance through these simple, daily techniques.

Let me show you Bhramari Pranayama, or the Bee Breath. This simple breathing technique is wonderful for calming an anxious mind and detaching from outside noise. Just a few rounds can bring you a sense of inner peace.

This is Kapalabhati, a powerful breathing technique that helps detoxify the body and clear the mind. If you're feeling angry or anxious, a few rounds of this can make a world of difference.

Let's pause and breathe with some Alternate Nostril Breathing. This video shows the hand position (Nasika Mudra) and the calm rhythm of this pranayama, which is perfect for reducing stress.

A demonstration of Nasika Mudra, or alternate nostril breathing, while seated in a comfortable cross-legged position. This pranayama is excellent for balancing the mind and body and is a core part of my breathwork workshops.

Having trouble focusing during pranayama? This video shows how using a simple eye mask can help you disconnect from distractions and focus entirely on your breath during Brahmari Pranayama.

This video breaks down the steps for a simple and ancient breathing regulation technique. It's a perfect introduction to pranayama, helping you connect with your breath and find a sense of calm.

About this collection

In my sessions, we often use a simple eye mask to block out distractions and truly focus on the rhythm of our breath. It is a small, practical trick that makes a big difference when learning techniques like Bhramari or Nadi Shodhana, especially if you are practicing after a long day at your desk.

Breath is your anchor. Whether you are dealing with work stress or just need to ground yourself, Pranayama is a skill you carry for life. I do not believe in overly complicated rituals; we keep it rooted in tradition but simple enough to practice daily. My sessions focus on the essentials—Kapalabhati for that morning detox, Bhramari to silence the noise, and Nadi Shodhana to balance your energy.

We practice these live on Zoom. Yes, live. This is not a recorded video where you are left guessing. I watch your posture, correct your Nasika Mudra placement, and ensure you are not straining. Whether you are a total beginner or looking to deepen your existing practice, we start where you are. We use everyday props if needed, keep the environment comfortable, and maybe even share a laugh when we mess up. It is not about perfect technique; it is about showing up and feeling the difference in your nervous system.
