Your breath is the most underrated tool you have for anxiety. A simple, long exhale can tell your nervous system that you are safe. We practice this in every session to find our calm.

Exploring the symbolic significance of chanting OM three times. It helps us align our body, mind, and spirit, and connect with the past, present, and future.

This beautiful Buddha statue is the heart of our studio, a reminder of the peace and stillness we cultivate. It was at the center of a soulful full moon ceremony where we aligned our chakras and soaked in gratitude.

The mats are set, the space is calm, and we are ready for you. A quiet moment in the studio before the beautiful energy of our students fills the room.

When you walk into our Shalimar Bagh studio, you will not find aggressive workout culture. You will find props like yoga wheels and stability balls being used to help someone work through chronic pain, or a group circle simply sharing space after a long week. This is a place where we trade performance for presence, and where every body is genuinely welcomed as a yoga body.
