On International Yoga Day, we took our practice to the water. Aqua yoga is a beautiful way to reconnect with yourself, offering gentle resistance and support for a truly unique flow.

Healing starts where the silence ends. We created our ice bath sessions as a safe space for men to be still, be soft, and be real, releasing years of carried weight.

We guide you through the entire process, including the crucial warm-up, to ensure your body recovers safely and effectively. It is a powerful way to reduce inflammation and clear your mind.

Facial Yoga

Think of this as a natural workout for your face. We focus on specific muscle groups to improve circulation, tone the jawline, and reduce puffiness. It is not about looking a certain way; it is about feeling confident in your own skin. We teach you techniques like tongue stretches and muscle isolations that you can easily practice at home, combined with organic facial oils to keep your skin glowing.

Aqua Yoga

When the mat feels too limiting, we take the practice to the water. Aqua yoga provides natural resistance and buoyancy, making it perfect for joint recovery or simply finding a different kind of balance. It is incredibly gentle, supporting your weight while allowing you to move freely, often accompanied by the calming vibrations of sound bowls to help you reach a deep meditative state.
