About My Journey to the Mat

My daily Sadhna, or dedicated practice, is about keeping my own energy grounded so I can show up fully for our community. When you step onto the mat in our Kailash Colony studio, you are entering a space where we value consistent, mindful breath over physical performance or 'perfect' shapes.

Yoga is a path of discipline, patience, and inner purity. When I started my practice, I often felt pressured to look a certain way or achieve complex poses. I created this studio to break that cycle. In our sessions, you will not find mirrors staring back at you. Instead, you are invited to close your eyes, tune into your breath, and listen to what your body needs in that specific moment.

My personal journey involves a blend of Hatha, pranayama, and mindful movement. It is a moving meditation that helps me clear the noise of daily life in New Delhi. Whether you join us for a morning flow or a sound healing session, the goal remains the same: to foster a relationship with yourself. We use props like blocks and cushions to make traditional yoga accessible for everyone, regardless of your experience level.
