We use chairs for stability exercises and bamboo sticks to add a playful, rhythmic challenge that engages your entire body. It’s a great way to break the monotony of standard gym workouts while getting a solid cardio session in.

Our sessions are hosted in our Shalimar Bagh studio, which features professional wooden flooring for proper shock absorption. This is especially important for the jumping and movement we do in our Bollywood cardio and prop-based sessions. We keep the air-conditioning on, the music high-bass, and the energy judgment-free.
