You don’t need to be a trained dancer to join us. Our sessions are built around high-energy movement where we focus on how you feel rather than perfection. In our Shalimar Bagh studio, we mix Bollywood cardio with Zumba aerobics to create a space that feels more like a party with friends than a rigorous gym workout.
We prioritize consistency and community over intense, intimidating drills. Our dance fitness program runs with three sessions per week in a fully air-conditioned space equipped with professional wooden flooring, designed specifically to protect your knees and joints during high-impact routines. Whether we are moving to the latest Bollywood chart-toppers or high-tempo Latin beats, the goal is always the same: getting those happy hormones flowing. We provide all the necessary props on-site, so you just need to bring your energy and a willingness to move. It’s about creating a bit of shanti, or inner peace, within the chaos of a busy day. If you have ever felt self-conscious in a traditional fitness class, this is the place to let that go.
