Dance Fitness Community Celebrations and Events
Moving your body should be a celebration, not a chore. My studio in Shalimar Bagh is where we blend fitness with festive joy, from Phoolon ki Holi to New Year dance sessions, creating a judgment-free space to let loose.
The beautiful moment we celebrated Holi with a shower of flower petals. The joy and laughter in the studio were absolutely infectious. This is the community and connection I always dreamed of fostering.

Sometimes our dance is a form of gratitude. Here, we are moving together in traditional wear, feeling blessed and thankful. It's a beautiful way to connect with ourselves and each other on a deeper level.

You don't need professional training to jump in—we believe that every body is a yoga body, and our dance floor is purely a judgment-free zone. Whether it's a themed Republic Day routine or our Phoolon ki Holi celebration, we focus on the energy in the room rather than perfect steps, so you leave with more shanti than you arrived with.
