This is a live round with my coaching from the corner. I give direct, technical feedback to help my boxer adjust and dominate. You can hear the intensity and the tactical guidance we provide during a real fight.

A sparring session between two of our female boxers. I am instructing them to keep the pressure, use straight punches, and maintain their guard. This is how we sharpen our skills for real competition.

An intense sparring bout between two of our male fighters. You can hear me shouting "haath chala!" (move your hands!). I push them to fight through fatigue and never stop punching.

A highlight reel of in-ring action. This shows one of my fighters landing clean shots during a competitive match. We train to be aggressive, smart, and always on the offensive.

This is our coach and UBO Champion Anuj Kumar Singh during one of his professional fights in China. He brings this international experience back to the club, training our boxers for the pro circuit.

A clip from a competitive bout where my boxer, in the blue corner, is executing our game plan. He controls the distance and scores points, leading to a win by decision.

A technical sparring drill inside the ring. One boxer practices slipping punches and countering with a jab-cross-hook combination. This is advanced training for defensive movement and counter-punching.

The referee raises my boxer's hand. This moment of victory is the culmination of countless hours of sparring, roadwork, and technical drills.

A win for Vivek Pihal. You can see the strength and confidence in his pose after the referee declares him the winner. We build both physical and mental toughness.

About Inside the Ring: Sparring & Competition Bouts

Sparring is not just about punching, it is a controlled fight where you learn to keep your composure when things get chaotic. At our club, we do not just throw you in the ring to trade hits. We watch your footwork, your guard, and your breathing closely. If you are dropping your hands or getting sloppy, I will be the first one to correct you. It is about building real fight habits, not just swinging for power.
