Jiu Jitsu Jams & Competition Support
Sparring isn't just about winning—it's about learning in a safe, real-world setting. Whether you’re preparing for a tournament or just want to test your technique with the crew, our Jams are the place to be.
A proud moment for our team at the ADCC India tournament. Our teammate Renjith secured a silver and bronze medal, a huge achievement!

About Jiu Jitsu Jams & Competitions
Our 'Jiu Jitsu Jams' are non-instructional, open-floor events where you can test your technique against partners of different skill levels. Safety is our baseline—senior belts are always on the mat to ensure rounds remain controlled and respectful, so you can push your limits without the fear of unnecessary injury.
Why We Jam
In a typical class, you’re drilling specific moves with a cooperative partner. But to really understand grappling, you need to feel resistance. That’s where our Jams come in. They aren't about smashing each other or winning medals; they're about problem-solving under pressure. We use these events to iron out kinks in your game plan, work on timing, and build the cardio needed for competition.
Preparation for the Big Stage
For those who want to compete, like our teammate Renjith who podiumed at ADCC India, we provide structured support. We don't just throw you into the deep end. We help with:
- Weight Class Prep: Managing expectations and physical conditioning.
- Game Planning: Identifying your strengths and finding reliable counters.
- Video Review: Breaking down your rolls to see what actually works when the adrenaline hits.
The Safety-First Philosophy
Competition is intense, but training shouldn't be reckless. Our gym rules strictly enforce controlled intensity during sparring. If a roll gets too heated, we call it. We want you coming back to train tomorrow, not nursing a preventable injury. Whether you’re an absolute beginner looking for your first roll or a seasoned athlete prepping for a tournament, you'll find a community here that values growth over ego.
Rama Reddy
I’m Rama. I believe martial arts is more like jazz—it’s all about rhythm and flow, not just throwing punches. My goal is to build a space where we treat each other like family, support each other's wins, and keep the ego at the door.
