Core strength is everything in combat sports. We use unconventional methods like these upside-down sit-ups on the pull-up bar to build a rock-solid midsection.

What We Cover

  • Striking Mechanics: We use focused pad work to teach you how to land a strike, manage your stance, and keep your guard up.
  • Heavy Bag Conditioning: It is not just about hitting the bag. It is about footwork, rhythm, and developing the endurance to keep going when your lungs are burning.
  • Groundwork & Grappling: MMA isn't just standing up. You will learn escapes, controls, and positional play on our high-density EVA foam mats, making sure you are comfortable even when you are pinned.
  • Controlled Sparring: This is where theory meets reality. We keep sparring controlled so you can test your drills in a safe environment, helping you build the instinct to react rather than panic.

Our facility in Mira Road and Ghatkopar is designed for this. You have access to professional-grade boxing rings, climbing ropes, and heavy bags. We keep the groups intimate with a 1:12 coach-to-student ratio, so you are never just a face in the crowd. You get the feedback you need to fix your form and the motivation to push for that extra rep.
