At our Mumbai studios, you won’t find AC or row upon row of treadmills. You will find tractor tyres, industrial battle ropes, and heavy Mudgars. We focus on functional movement that actually matters—swinging iron for shoulder stability and flipping massive rubber for explosive power—because real-world strength is forged in a non-AC warehouse, not on a machine.
