Our training is diverse. We build functional strength through a mix of exercises like rope climbs for upper body power, battle ropes for endurance, and kettlebell swings for explosive hips.

It’s an open-air warehouse environment where every rep counts—if you’re ready to trade polished gym mirrors for grit, this is where you start.

Traditional gyms focus on isolation. We focus on integration. Our functional strength training mimics real-world movement patterns, ensuring you aren't just strong in a specific machine's range of motion, but capable everywhere.

Whether you're in Mira Road or Ghatkopar, our open-air warehouse setups mean you're training in an environment built for performance, not comfort. We keep the groups small (1:12 to 1:15 ratio), so our coaches are always right there to correct your form on the big lifts.
