This is where skill is sharpened. I work one on one with my fighters, focusing on padwork drills that build precision, power, and defensive reflexes. Every combination is designed to make you a smarter, more effective fighter in the ring.
The energy in our academy is unmatched. This is a glimpse into our daily workout, from warm-ups and shadow boxing to intense padwork and core-strengthening exercises. We push our limits together as a team.
To build a champion, we train for explosive power and raw strength. My MMA classes incorporate intense conditioning drills like sledgehammer slams and dumbbell pushups to forge unbreakable physical and mental endurance.
I'm proud to have champions like Jyoti Dhadse, a respected boxer, referee, and judge, as part of our community. Her testimonial speaks to our holistic approach, focusing on mental fortitude and skill development, not just physical fitness.
It doesn't matter if you're a child just starting or a seasoned athlete. Here, our kids and female batches work on agility ladder drills, building the fundamental footwork and coordination essential for any fighter.
I lead by example, putting in the work on the heavy bag to refine my own technique and power. This video also shows a glimpse of a controlled sparring session, where strategy and skill are put to the test.
Our full-body circuit workouts are designed to push you to your absolute limit. We utilize every piece of equipment in the gym, from pull-up bars and battle ropes to weights, to build comprehensive athletic ability.

You aren't just joining a gym here; you are stepping into a 5,000 sq. ft. facility designed for combat. From our daily padwork drills to sledgehammer conditioning, every session is built on technique. We don't have central AC because we focus on the grit that turns effort into ability. This is raw, focused training where we prioritize your form and endurance above all else.
How We Train
At Vision Boxing, we break down combat into the science of movement. You won't just hit bags. You will learn the mechanics of the jab, the defensive posture of a pivot hook, and the conditioning needed to sustain intensity through twelve rounds.
Our Training Pillars:
- Technical Striking: We emphasize padwork to sharpen your reflexes. Whether it is Muay Thai basics or boxing combinations, we ensure your guard, stance, and reach are technically sound.
- Functional Conditioning: Boxing is a full-body sport. We use tractor tires, battle ropes, and weights to build explosive power. You will work on your stamina and core strength, ensuring you are as fit as you are dangerous.
- Community Grit: We are located in Nagpada, and our community reflects the area's spirit. We have unisex batches, kids' classes, and groups for seasoned athletes. We support each other because the ring can be a lonely place if you are not prepared.
What to Expect When you walk in for a trial, expect to sweat. We use a raw aesthetic with tube lights and fans, not fancy cooling systems. You will learn to work in all conditions because the ring does not offer breaks for the weather. If you bring the dedication, we provide the path to becoming a fighter. Whether your goal is self-defense, fitness, or competing, the process remains the same: show up, work hard, and respect the journey.
