This is where skill is sharpened. I work one on one with my fighters, focusing on padwork drills that build precision, power, and defensive reflexes. Every combination is designed to make you a smarter, more effective fighter in the ring.

The energy in our academy is unmatched. This is a glimpse into our daily workout, from warm-ups and shadow boxing to intense padwork and core-strengthening exercises. We push our limits together as a team.

To build a champion, we train for explosive power and raw strength. My MMA classes incorporate intense conditioning drills like sledgehammer slams and dumbbell pushups to forge unbreakable physical and mental endurance.

I'm proud to have champions like Jyoti Dhadse, a respected boxer, referee, and judge, as part of our community. Her testimonial speaks to our holistic approach, focusing on mental fortitude and skill development, not just physical fitness.

It doesn't matter if you're a child just starting or a seasoned athlete. Here, our kids and female batches work on agility ladder drills, building the fundamental footwork and coordination essential for any fighter.

Our full-body circuit workouts are designed to push you to your absolute limit. We utilize every piece of equipment in the gym, from pull-up bars and battle ropes to weights, to build comprehensive athletic ability.
