A typical day at the academy is about consistent effort. We start with jogging and warm-ups, move to footwork and shadow boxing, and finish with a tough core workout. This is how we build a foundation for greatness.
This is the complete fighter's workout. We begin with essential stretches, then move into practice fights and shadow boxing to sharpen reflexes, and finish with skipping and core work to build stamina and a strong base.
Teamwork makes the dream work. Here you can see our members engaged in a full session, including jumping warm-ups, team sparring to simulate real fight scenarios, and a final group ab workout to build core strength.
Our workouts are varied and intense. This session includes everything from tire training for explosive power and bag punching for technique, to footwork drills on the agility ladder to improve speed and coordination.
This is a look at our men's evening batch, focused and disciplined during a jump rope warm-up. Footwork is the foundation of every great boxer, and we drill it relentlessly.
We build strength through teamwork and unconventional drills. Our workouts include partner exercises like the partner-hold walk and frog jumps, which build functional strength and camaraderie.
Every session is a full-spectrum workout. We start with stretching and warm-ups in the ring, then move to partner drills and circuit training to ensure every fighter is improving their strength, stamina, and skill.

About Our Daily Grind: Training in Action
Our group sessions operate on a raw, no-frills format where beginners and pros train side-by-side. Expect a 60-75 minute session that moves fast: we don't use AC, so come prepared to sweat, work through functional circuits like tire drills, and build real stamina in a high-energy environment.
Our daily training isn't just about throwing punches; it is structured to build a fighter’s engine from the ground up. Every class is a calculated mix of technical boxing drills and functional conditioning. You will work on your footwork using agility ladders, master striking combinations on heavy bags, and develop raw power with battle ropes and tractor tires.
We train in a raw, 5000 sq. ft. space in Nagpada, Mumbai, because the grit comes from pushing through the heat and the physical demand. Whether you are a complete newcomer or an experienced practitioner, you will find your place on our mats. We keep batch sizes tight, between 10 to 15 students, to ensure I can personally monitor your form, correct your stance, and keep the intensity high. Our philosophy is 'No Boxing No Life'—meaning discipline and consistency are your only requirements.
