Build Explosive Power for the Ring
Boxing isn't just about throwing punches. It's about generating force through every muscle. I design these functional sessions to build the speed, stability, and explosive power you need in the ring and outside of it.
Power is built rep by rep. Our strength training sessions are designed to forge powerful athletes, incorporating dumbbell presses and ab wheel rollouts to build a rock-solid core and upper body.
The answer is always to keep going. This fighter demonstrates pure dedication, transitioning from heavy bag work to challenging push-up variations, building the strength required to overcome any challenge.
Strength comes from the spirit, fueled by relentless determination. Here, I demonstrate powerful combinations on the heavy bag and engage in sparring, showing how raw power is refined into effective fighting skill.
About Build Explosive Power
You won't find treadmill-only routines here. We use tractor tires, battle ropes, and heavy sledgehammers to build functional force, not just gym-floor muscle. This is about conditioning your body to handle the demands of a fight, so expect sweat, heavy breathing, and sessions that target your core and explosive capacity.
Building Functional Strength
Building power requires more than just picking up dumbbells. In the ring, your power comes from the ground up—your legs, hips, and core must work in unison. I focus on explosive movements like plyometrics and high-intensity interval training (HIIT) that mimic the rapid start-stop nature of a real fight.
The Proving Ground
You train in a 5,000 sq. ft. raw, non-AC environment in Nagpada. This isn't a luxury gym; it's a proving ground. We utilize tractor tires, battle ropes, sledgehammers, and agility ladders to push your limits. By training in a raw facility, we build the endurance and mental grit needed to perform when you're fatigued.
Training Philosophy
My sessions mix combat-specific conditioning with strength drills. Whether you're a complete beginner or a seasoned striker, these routines improve your balance, punching velocity, and injury resilience. You’ll learn to sprawl, pivot, and punch with purpose, ensuring your conditioning supports your technique rather than hindering it. This is how you transform from a casual trainee into a formidable athlete.
