This is a look into my world—the discipline, the intense conditioning, and the reality of what it takes to build a stage-ready physique.

This is what we work for: peak conditioning on the Mr. India stage. Every muscle detailed, every line sharpened. This is the result of a brutal diet, relentless training, and perfect peak week execution.

The grind is real. Pushing through the pain on an incline dumbbell press is how we build a powerful, stage-worthy chest. This is where you use pain as fuel.

Results are what matter. This is a 60-day back transformation of my dedicated student. With the right guidance and hard work, we can completely reshape your physique.

The front double bicep is a mandatory pose that wins shows. Here, I'm 48 days out from a competition, checking my progress with my Guruji. We track every detail to ensure we're on target.

Building a championship-winning back requires hitting it from all angles. This iconic pose shows the width and thickness that we develop through countless hours of pulling and rowing.

The reality of contest prep. That dry face and those tired eyes are a sign of the sacrifice it takes. I've been there, and I'll guide you through these tough final weeks.

This journey is impossible alone. With my Guruji, my bhaiya, who has guided me every step of the way. Humility and respect are the foundation of our success.

A coach's victory is seeing his athlete succeed. Here I am with my student and brother, Bharat, after he won two gold medals and the overall title. This is the result we can achieve together.

Strength isn't just about lifting heavy; it's about control and form. Here, I'm performing a deadlift, a foundational exercise for building overall power and a strong posterior chain.

This is the level of conditioning we aim for. A shredded midsection and defined abs are not given, they are earned through a strict diet and consistent core training.

About Featured

Competition prep isn't just about heavy lifting; it is about the brutal reality of water manipulation, sodium cutting, and the 'dry face' phase just days before the stage. If you are coming to me for a prep plan, know that I do not sugarcoat the process. We monitor skin thickness and muscle hardness every week to make those final, critical tweaks. It is hard work, but this is the only way to get that grainy, shredded look required for competition.
