Competition prep isn't just about heavy lifting; it is about the brutal reality of water manipulation, sodium cutting, and the 'dry face' phase just days before the stage. If you are coming to me for a prep plan, know that I do not sugarcoat the process. We monitor skin thickness and muscle hardness every week to make those final, critical tweaks. It is hard work, but this is the only way to get that grainy, shredded look required for competition.
The Process Behind the Physique
Building a champion is a 24/7 job. Whether we are working on your off-season mass or peaking for a show, my methodology is built on three pillars: discipline, nutrition, and constant feedback.
Contest Prep & Peak Week This is where most people get it wrong. The final seven days decide everything. I guide you through the terminal phase—precise water loading and depletion, sodium manipulation, and carb loading to fill muscle glycogen without bloat. If you need backstage support, I handle the tanning, the glaze, and the pump-up routines to ensure you look your absolute best under the bright stage lights.
Custom Protocol Strategy We do not believe in generic charts. Every diet plan is built on your current progress. We track your morning empty-stomach physique photos to adjust your macros—carb cycling, protein loading—whatever the body needs to hit that peak.
The 'Muscle Headquarter' Approach I train and coach out of the Muscle Headquarter Gym in Greater Noida, but I work with athletes across the Delhi NCR region online. Whether you are prepping for your first Mr. Delhi or a national-level stage fight, we treat it with the same seriousness. We do not skip the posing practice—it is an art form that can win or lose you a title.
