- Hypertrophy & Intensity: We focus on compound lifts and forced reps at Muscle Headquarter Gym in Greater Noida. The goal is muscle fiber recruitment, not just moving weight from A to B.
- The Mental Game: The toughest part of any transformation is the middle phase when the motivation fades. I’ve seen enough champions and beginners quit, and I know exactly when to push you and when you need a reality check.
