Competition Highlights: My Path to the Mr. India Stage

These aren't just photos. They are the result of months of brutal discipline, stage-ready conditioning, and the final, intense days of peak week. Here is what it takes to earn a spot under the lights.

Backstage at the Mr. India competition, hitting a front double bicep pose. This is the final look before stepping on stage, the result of months of preparation.

Another look at the front double bicep pose, a critical shot for judges to assess symmetry and arm development.

A most muscular pose backstage. This pose is all about showing maximum muscle density and hardness.

Holding the most muscular pose, focusing on tensing every muscle group to display the complete, conditioned package.

Executing a classic physique pose on the Mr. India stage. This pose highlights the lines, symmetry, and aesthetic flow of the body.

Receiving the second-place trophy at the IBBF Mr. India 2025. A proud moment with my Guruji, who made it all possible.

Another shot from the Mr. India 2025 awards ceremony. Every competition is a learning experience and a step towards a bigger win.

About this collection

You see the glaze and the definition in these shots, but this look is the result of precise water manipulation and sodium cuts in the final 72 hours. While the stage lights grab the attention, the real victory was secured during the, often miserable, peak week protocols we executed to drive every drop of subcutaneous water away from the muscle.

Building a stage-ready physique is not about guessing; it is about absolute control. When you see me in these photos, you are looking at the culmination of a rigorous 12-week contest prep cycle.

My competition prep process is systematic and unforgiving:

  • The Peak Week: This is where most athletes fail. I guide you through the final 10 days of water and sodium loading, followed by the depletion phase. We don't guess with your carbohydrate intake; we adjust it daily based on how your muscles fill and how your skin thickness changes.
  • Stage Presence: Muscle size gets you to the show, but posing wins the trophy. I teach you how to control your breath, how to flare your lats to create the perfect V-taper, and how to hold a vacuum that judges reward. We run through mandatory poses until the movement becomes muscle memory.
  • The Backstage Routine: The final hour before you walk out is critical. I help you with the final pump-up using resistance bands, glaze application, and ensure you are mentally locked in. You are there to go to war with your physique, not just stand there.

I train at Muscle Headquarter Gym in Greater Noida, but my online protocols support athletes across Delhi NCR and beyond. If you are serious about stepping on an IBBF stage, you need more than a gym plan. You need a road map to the podium.

I am Vicky Chauhan, and I do not just coach—I have been in the trenches of the IBBF Mr. India stage myself. My approach is to help you build the physique that judges actually want to see. I bring the same intensity to your prep that I bring to my own, guided by the principles I learned from my Guruji.
