Standard Personal Training (12 Sessions)
Coaching & Training
- 12 personal training sessions per month (3 days per week), each lasting 60 minutes.
- Direct floor supervision by Reetu Verma for form correction and injury prevention.
- Customized workout chart (e.g., Push-Pull-Legs) adapted for general fitness or weight loss.
Nutrition & Monitoring
- Certified nutritionist designed diet plan focusing on Indian home-cooked meals (Veg/Non-Veg).
- Bi-weekly progress checks tracking weight and inch loss every 15 days.
- WhatsApp support for diet adjustments and queries during working hours.
Facility Details
- Access to all gym equipment at M R Fitness Zone during the training hour.
- Note: Gym membership fees are excluded and payable separately to the facility.
Intensive Transformation Training (24 Sessions)
Advanced Training Protocol
- 24 personal training sessions per month (6 days per week), lasting 60 to 75 minutes.
- Implementation of advanced training techniques like Drop Sets, Super Sets, and HIIT.
- Hands-on spotting for heavy lifting and personal record (PR) attempts.
Pro-Level Nutrition
- Strict macro-calculated nutrition plan with guidance on strategies like Carb Cycling.
- Expert advice on supplement stacks (Whey, BCAA, Creatine) based on athletic experience.
- Daily accountability checks via WhatsApp to ensure strict diet adherence.
Analysis & Extras
- Weekly physique assessment and body composition analysis to track muscle definition.
- Basic posing and posture guidance for improved aesthetic presentation.

My Fitness Philosophy
For me, personal fitness is not a hobby or a job - it’s an obsession. I compete as a bodybuilder, so I know what it takes to push past your limits. If you train with me, expect a 'do or die' attitude. I’m all in, and I expect you to be too.
What Strong Means to Me
Strong is beautiful. I want to change how women see fitness - yeh sochna ki bodybuilding sirf ladko ke liye hai, woh zamana gaya (the idea that bodybuilding is just for guys is old news). I help women become confident through women’s strength training, but I also work with anyone serious about changing their body.
