My Fitness Philosophy

For me, personal fitness is not a hobby or a job - it’s an obsession. I compete as a bodybuilder, so I know what it takes to push past your limits. If you train with me, expect a 'do or die' attitude. I’m all in, and I expect you to be too.

What Strong Means to Me

Strong is beautiful. I want to change how women see fitness - yeh sochna ki bodybuilding sirf ladko ke liye hai, woh zamana gaya (the idea that bodybuilding is just for guys is old news). I help women become confident through women’s strength training, but I also work with anyone serious about changing their body.

Training with Me

  • Personal attention every session - you get my full focus, no distractions
  • I’ll correct your form, push your limits, and keep it safe
  • One-on-one workout sessions built around free weights and compound lifts like deadlifts, squats, bench press
  • We use isolation exercises too, so you get definition and shape

Beyond the Gym

I’m a certified nutritionist. I’ll set you up with a complete body transformation coaching plan: workouts and nutrition for muscle gain and fat loss, customised to your goals. Discipline is key - if you’re ready, so am I.

My Story

Hey, I’m Reetu Verma. Gym is home, my gang’s always around at M R Fitness Zone. Won PSL Miss India 2022, got an award at Vidhaan Sabha - that felt unreal. Times of India even wrote about my journey, saying women like me are flipping the script - bodybuilding isn’t just for guys. I want every girl to feel strong, beautiful, and proud. Strong is feminine, trust me.
