This is what happens when you commit. My physique is the direct result of the 'do or die' training philosophy I bring to every session at M R Fitness Zone.

You aren’t looking at a quick fix. What you see here—the muscle definition, the vascularity, and the structure—is the result of the same intensity and nutrition protocols I use with my clients. If you want a body that is genuinely strong and capable, we don't just 'workout'; we train with a plan that bridges the gap between where you are and where you want to be.

Why Strength Training Matters

It is time to stop thinking bodybuilding is only for men. Whether you want to lose fat, gain muscle, or simply feel confident in your own skin, lifting weights changes your shape and your posture. I focus on compound movements like squats and deadlifts because they build real power, not just gym-floor aesthetics.

  • The Nutrition Plan: I do not give generic advice. You get a plan based on what you actually eat—whether that is home-cooked Indian meals or specialized athletic macros. We track and we adjust.
  • Real Accountability: I do not just hand you a chart and walk away. We do bi-weekly assessments. We track your inches. If you are not seeing the scale move, we fix it.
  • Direct Coaching: You get my full focus during our sessions at my Lajpat Nagar studio. I am there to correct your form, prevent injuries, and push you when you feel like giving up.
