About Personal Training
I'm all about fitness, brotherhood, and family. My style is simple - hard work, no shortcuts, and real results. Certified by K11 Academy of Fitness Science, I train out of my own gym, Beyond fitness point, in South Delhi.
What We’ll Work On
- Full physique transformation, whether you want muscle gain or weight loss
- Special focus on natural bodybuilding coaching and contest prep - I’ve been there myself
- Strength and conditioning training using tried-and-tested methods: dumbbells, barbells, machines - no fancy circus, just real grind
How I Train
I’m always right there with you, set by set. You’ll hear me say, “Chal, ek aur nikaal!” (Come on, do one more!). Consistency is non-negotiable. This is a NO DAYS OFF zone.

Brotherhood Vibes
My clients are like family. I call everyone 'bhai' (brother). We look out for each other, inside and outside the gym. The gym is my temple, my therapy. For me, it’s about more than bodies - it’s about building your life. Never give up, bas lag jao (just get started).

My Story
Namaste dosto, I'm Rohit from Beyond Fitness Point, pure Dilli ka banda. My yaarr-jigari (brotherhood) and family are my world. My daughter, meri Ladoo, is my heartbeat. Bullet rides, hookah, Holi-Diwali – that's me. Faith in Kalka Maa keeps me grounded. For me, life’s about those haseen pal with your people. Gym toh mera second home hai. Jai Maa!
