1-on-1 Strength & Physique Coaching
Training Protocol
- Frequency: 3 sessions per week (approx. 12 sessions monthly), each lasting 60 minutes.
- Method: High-intensity hypertrophy and strength conditioning involving heavy lifting.
- Technique: K11 Academy standard form correction and manual spotting for safety during forced reps.
Nutrition & Guidance
- Diet Plan: Customized macro-nutrient breakdown (Protein/Carb/Fat) tailored for weight loss or muscle gain goals.
- Supplementation: Brand-agnostic recommendations on essentials like Whey Protein, Creatine, and Pre-workout.
- Support: Regular checks on diet compliance and scheduling.
Facility Details
- Equipment: Training utilizes standard commercial machines (Smith Machine, Lat Pulldown) and free weights up to 40kg.
- Gym Access: Gym floor access is excluded and requires a separate membership at the training facility.

Advanced Programming
- Volume: High-volume 6-day split routines targeting specific muscle symmetry and weak points.
- Posing: Dedicated post-workout practice sessions for mandatory stage poses and presentation choreography.

- Show Day: On-site assistance including Dream Tan application, backstage pumping up, and venue logistics handling.

I'm all about fitness, brotherhood, and family. My style is simple - hard work, no shortcuts, and real results. Certified by K11 Academy of Fitness Science, I train out of my own gym, Beyond fitness point, in South Delhi.

- Special focus on natural bodybuilding coaching and contest prep - I’ve been there myself
- Strength and conditioning training using tried-and-tested methods: dumbbells, barbells, machines - no fancy circus, just real grind
How I Train
I’m always right there with you, set by set. You’ll hear me say, “Chal, ek aur nikaal!” (Come on, do one more!). Consistency is non-negotiable. This is a NO DAYS OFF zone.
