I don't just coach; I compete. Winning titles like the BBSA Mr & Ms Universe isn't just about the trophy, it's proof of the discipline and knowledge I bring to every single training session.
It was an honor to be featured in the Times of India for breaking stereotypes. Bodybuilding is for everyone, and I am passionate about showing women that strength is beautiful.
Focus is everything. Whether we are doing dumbbell rows for back definition or a heavy bench press for strength, my attention is on your form and pushing you past your limits safely.

Building a strong back is fundamental. Here, I'm demonstrating a lat pulldown, an essential exercise for creating that V-taper and improving posture, which is a key part of my upper body workouts.

My training methodology combines:
- Compound Lifts: Squats, deadlifts, and bench presses form the foundation of our strength work.
- Isolation Movements: We use these strategically to sculpt and define muscles, ensuring you see the shape you are working for.
- Form Correction: I am on the floor with you, correcting your posture in real-time to prevent injury and maximize every repetition.
Nutrition and Transformation
Training is only half the battle. As a certified nutritionist, I handle your diet with the same intensity I apply to the gym floor. My plans focus on:
- Real Food: We work with Indian home-cooked meals, tracking macros to ensure you are fueling for performance, not just cutting calories.
- Accountability: I require bi-weekly progress checks and daily adherence to the plan. If you are serious about changing your body, I will provide the structure to get you there.
