My Nutrition Approach: No-Nonsense, All-In
For me, fitness and nutrition go hand-in-hand. I treat every client's goals as if they're my own. If you're looking for a nutrition coach who actually holds you accountable and doesn't sugarcoat things, that's what I do. Par main shortcut nahi deti, sirf mehnat hai yahan (But I don't give shortcuts, only hard work here).
Coaching Style: Expect Tough Love
I believe in tough love - if you need someone to call you out and keep you on track, I’m that person. You’ll get strict diet scolding if you slip, but you’ll thank me for it when you see results. This isn't just a piece of paper with a meal plan; it’s real, daily accountability. I work with clients in Delhi in-person or online, so location isn’t a barrier.
