Fitness Fusion: HIIT & Strength

We turn up the energy by mixing yoga with High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), Tabata, and strength exercises. You can use dumbbells or just water bottles to build muscle, boost your metabolism, and get a great cardio workout.

Yoga for Strength & Flexibility

I blend different styles like Vinyasa for flow, Hatha for alignment, and Yin for deep stretches. These sessions are designed to build a strong, flexible body while calming your mind.

Gentle & Therapeutic Yoga

Fitness is about listening to your body. I offer specific routines and modifications for concerns like back pain or stiffness, focusing on gentle movements that heal and strengthen. This includes poses like Cat-Cow for spinal mobility and Cobra pose for lower back relief.

My Yoga Journey & Qualifications

My passion for yoga took me to Mysuru, the yoga capital of India, to complete my Advanced Yoga Teacher Training. This experience deepened my practice and my belief in yoga as a path to connect with yourself.
