Here is a glimpse into one of my live online yoga sessions. I guide you through each movement, like this seated forward bend, and you can see the whole group moving together. I always encourage everyone to listen to their body and choose their own comfort level, so you get the most out of every class.

This is what consistency and a little bit of 'zid' (stubbornness) can do. This amazing student's nine month transformation journey makes me so happy and proud. We worked together in my online fitness and yoga classes to achieve this incredible weight loss and inch loss.

We love to mix things up to keep it fun. This is from our live online Tabata class, a form of HIIT that really boosts your metabolism. You can see everyone giving it their all from their homes, and the fitness tracker shows just how effective it is, burning over 500 calories in one session.

This is the Revolved Wide-Legged Standing Forward Fold, or Prasarita Padottanasana. I love practicing outdoors because it connects me to nature. This pose is amazing for stretching the hamstrings and lower back, and the twist helps to strengthen your spine and open up your chest.

My approach is all about fusion. I combine yoga with strength training to build a strong, functional body. Here you can see me incorporating gym workouts like barbell deadlifts and dumbbell presses to build muscle and power.

The energy of a group class is so powerful, even online. Here we are all in Virabhadrasana, or Warrior Pose, together. Seeing everyone on the screen, moving and breathing in sync, creates a beautiful sense of community and shared purpose.

Starting the day with Surya Namaskar, or Sun Salutation, is a beautiful way to show gratitude. This video shows the complete 12-step flow, which is a full body workout that improves flexibility and connects you to your breath. It’s a core part of our practice.
