You don't need a fancy gym or expensive equipment to start. I design my beginner batches so you can use simple things like water bottles for strength training, focusing on real-time form correction over intensity so you build a solid foundation safely.
Starting something new can feel intimidating, but my beginner batches are built to be slow, safe, and super encouraging. We don't just do asanas. My classes are a 'Fusion' of Hatha yoga for alignment, Vinyasa for flow, and light functional training to keep things energetic.
Whether you have two dumbbells or just a couple of water bottles, we make it work. I keep class sizes interactive so I can actually see you on Zoom. If your posture needs a tweak or you are pushing too hard, I will be there to guide you, just like I would do in a physical studio.
