A group practicing Trikonasana, or Triangle Pose, using yoga blocks for proper alignment. This demonstrates how the studio and its available props can support a professional, alignment-focused class.
The large mirrors are a key feature, allowing participants to check their form, as seen in this Downward-Facing Dog pose. This is especially useful for dance workshops, fitness training, and detailed yoga instruction.
Here, a class works on core and back strength with Purvottanasana, or Reverse Plank. The image shows how the floor space can be fully utilized for mat-based exercises with a full class.

About In Action: Ideal for Group Sessions
Walking into a group class, you will notice the focus on alignment, not just movement. I provide essential props like blocks, bolsters, and alignment belts for every student, ensuring that even if you are new to the practice or working with physical limitations, you can participate safely and comfortably.
Our shala is more than just a studio. It is a space designed to support a 12 to 15-person capacity comfortably, allowing for personal attention even in a group setting. Whether you are attending a morning Hatha session or an evening Ashtanga Vinyasa flow, the wooden flooring and full-length mirrors are there to help you refine your form.
I believe that yoga is for everyone. That is why we use props to make difficult poses accessible rather than frustrating. If you struggle with a seated forward bend, we use straps. If you need stability in a triangle pose, we use blocks. These small adjustments make a significant difference in your daily practice.
The environment is set with intention. We have 'Ekam Inhale' neon signage and hand-painted Chakra pillars that bring a sense of calm to the space. It is fully air-conditioned, so even during intense sequences, you stay focused on your breath. We also have a dedicated changing area and clean washrooms, ensuring your time at the studio is as smooth as possible.
Beyond the physical, we prioritize the mental shift. We often include pranayama and meditation to help you carry the Vairagya Bhava—the practice of letting go—off the mat and into your daily life. If you have been hesitant about joining a group class, know that we keep our batches inclusive. Whether you are a total beginner or an advanced practitioner, there is a spot for you here.
