My Journey, Your Battle
Fitness for me is not just about the gym, it's about fighting with yourself, every single day - ab ladhai khud se hai khud ko badalne ki (the fight is now with myself, to change myself). I know what it means to hit rock bottom. Back in 2017, I was stuck in a hospital bed, lost almost 15kg, thyroid, gluten allergy - the works. I came back from all that, so I know struggling feels real. If you've ever felt weak or lost, I get you.
What My Online Coaching Looks Like
- We work 1-on-1. No copy-paste plans, pura custom (completely custom) for your goals.
- Focus is on strength - I use a progressive overload program so you’re actually getting stronger, not just sweating.
- Big on form and technique. Main highlight karta hoon, sahi tareeke se karo (I make sure you do it right), so you don’t get injured chasing ego lifts.
- Nutrition isn’t guesswork. I’ll set up your calories, macros, meal ideas - whether you want to build muscle, lose fat, or just stop feeling tired all the time.
- Sleep and hydration basics, because without that, kuch bhi nahi hoga (nothing will work).

My Story
Never thought I'd be called the 'fitness guy.' Used to be the skinny one, thyroid and gluten issues always bugging me. 2017 hit hard - jaundice, hospital, 75 glucose bottles, lost 15kg in 8 days. Thought I'd never walk normal again. But 2018, I started from scratch, clueless but stubborn. Now I'm an ACE certified trainer. Ab ladhai khud se hai, khud ko badalne ki. Love travel (rode solo to Ladakh!), and spreading joy, like dancing at old age homes.
