Building a strong body is a battle you fight with yourself every single day. My approach to fitness is rooted in my own journey. Back in 2017, I was in a hospital bed dealing with thyroid issues and a gluten allergy. I lost 15kg in eight days and had to learn how to walk normally again. I mention this not for sympathy, but to show you that if I could rebuild from zero, you can certainly improve your current routine.
My coaching style is 'passion over power.' We focus on progressive overload, not ego lifting. If you are a beginner who feels lost, or someone who has hit a plateau, I design custom programs that address your unique constraints. We look at the data—your sleep, hydration, and nutrition—and adjust your plan bi-weekly. This is not about quick fixes; it is about building a foundation that stays with you.
I am an ACE-certified trainer, so every movement I suggest has a scientific basis. Whether we are fixing your squat form or adjusting your macro split for fat loss, the goal is to get you results that last. If you want to stop feeling tired and start seeing real changes, let’s get to work.
