This is what years of dedication looks like. On the left is me in 2018, just starting out with deadlifts, focusing on learning the movement. This was me in 2017 at my lowest point, dropping to 40kg after a severe illness. I know what it feels like to be weak and have to fight your way back. This experience is why I became a trainer, I get the struggle because I’ve lived it.
