Fitness Transformation and Online Personal Training
Fitness is not about shortcuts. It is about 'Mehnat'—the hard work you put in when no one is watching. I have gone from being hospitalized and weak to building a strong foundation, and I am here to help you rebuild yours.
This is what years of dedication looks like. On the left is me in 2018, just starting out with deadlifts, focusing on learning the movement. On the right is 2023, where the progress in strength and form is clear. My online coaching is all about building this strong foundation, focusing on safe, progressive overload, not just ego lifting.
This was me in 2017 at my lowest point, dropping to 40kg after a severe illness. I know what it feels like to be weak and have to fight your way back. This experience is why I became a trainer, I get the struggle because I’ve lived it.
Form is everything. Here, I demonstrate the wrong versus the right way to do a bicep barbell curl. My 1-on-1 coaching focuses heavily on mastering these details to prevent injury and ensure every rep you do actually builds muscle effectively.
Hitting a new personal record of 120kg on squats. This is the result of a structured progressive overload program, the same kind I design for my clients. We focus on getting you measurably stronger week after week.
Here are 7 of my essential tips for gaining lean muscle mass. My coaching isn't just about workouts, it's about educating you on the principles of muscle growth, from nutrition and caloric surplus to the importance of compound movements.
Everyone wants a shortcut to a great physique. The secret is simple: "Mehnat" or hard work. There are no magic pills, but with the right guidance and consistent effort, the results will come.
This physique wasn't built overnight. It was earned through consistent training, proper nutrition, and the discipline to make it happen day after day. As your coach, I'll provide the plan and support you need to build your own strongest self.
About Featured
The physique you see here did not come from ego lifting or quick fixes. It came from mastering the basics—progressive overload, correct form, and consistent, science-backed nutrition. Whether you are stuck at a plateau or just starting your journey, my 1-on-1 coaching focuses on teaching you the how and why so you can build strength that lasts, not just sweat through a generic, copy-paste plan.
I did not start as a 'fitness guy.' In 2017, I was in a hospital bed with jaundice, struggling to walk after losing 15kg. That low point became my foundation. It taught me that real progress comes from 'mehnat'—the discipline to keep showing up even when you do not feel like it.
My coaching style is built on that experience. I do not give you cookie-cutter plans because everyone’s body, history, and goals are different. Whether we are working on compound movements like squats or perfecting your bicep curl form, the goal is always the same: sustainable, real strength.
I focus on three core pillars:
- Technique First: Ego lifting gets you injured, not strong. We prioritize video form analysis so you lift safely and effectively every single time.
- Science-Backed Programming: We use progressive overload to ensure you are actually hitting PRs, not just spinning your wheels in the gym.
- Nutrition with Logic: No crash diets here. We align your macros and calories with your lifestyle so you can actually stick to it long-term.
If you are ready to stop guessing and start training with intent, I am ready to guide you.
