About Join Our Wellness Retreats & Workshops
Our retreats are non-residential, meaning you get 54 hours of deep-dive learning across six Sundays without disrupting your busy week. You won't just sit in a classroom; you will be in our kitchen learning to create dairy-free, oil-free meals from scratch, practicing movement therapy on our open terrace, and understanding the science of your gut microbiome with a supportive community that is on the exact same journey as you.
Why a 6-Sunday Format?
Most health programs fail because they are temporary fixes. We built this 6-Sunday format to help you build consistency. By returning every Sunday, you move from learning a concept to actually living it. You aren't just told what to eat; you are coached on how to manage your cravings, read labels during a grocery run, and handle emotional eating triggers in real-time.
What You Actually Do
- Kitchen Mastery: These aren't demonstrations. You are hands-on in our Cafe Graze kitchen, learning to master oil-free tadkas, dairy-free cheeses, and millet-based staples that actually taste good.
- Movement & Mindfulness: We use yoga and movement therapy to help you reconnect with your body, not just to burn calories, but to reduce cortisol levels.
- Science-Backed Education: I break down complex topics like insulin resistance and gut health using simple language, so you walk away understanding why specific foods trigger inflammation in your unique body.
Building Your Tribe
Health can feel isolating. These retreats are designed to be small, intimate, and highly interactive. You will be learning alongside peers who are navigating similar challenges—whether it's managing PCOD, reversing diabetes, or simply trying to break free from processed food habits. The group accountability and the relationships formed in these sessions are often the biggest catalyst for long-term change.
