I do not believe in restrictive diet plans or an all or nothing mentality. My coaching is a partnership built on sustainable habits that help you heal from the roots up.

As your nutritionist, I address the root cause of your health conditions. This video explains my holistic approach, where I look at all areas of your life to help you form sustainable habits and become your own health expert.

The "all or none" approach to health often leads to failure. I believe in progress, not perfection. My coaching helps you find a balance, making tiny, consistent choices that add up to big results over time.

Your body is an intelligent supercomputer. Just as you'd use the right fuel for an expensive car, I teach you to fuel your body with high-quality, diverse, plant-derived foods so it can perform at its optimal level.

One food can never be a magic bullet for healing. True health comes from what you eat all the time. I teach you to look at each meal and focus on nutrient density, color, and a diversity of whole plant foods.

Healing starts in your mind. This post is about choosing to see your health condition as an opportunity for growth. When you connect deeply with your food and enjoy the process, every cell in your body resonates with healing.

How do you know if a food is healthy? I encourage you to tap into your inner intelligence and ask a simple question: "How did nature make this, and how has man processed it?" The answer is usually right there.

When you switch from a processed diet to a whole-food, plant-based one, you might experience withdrawal symptoms from things like caffeine and sugar. I explain why this is a sign your body is healing and why it's important to push through.

This video explains the difference between "vegan" and "whole food plant-based." My focus is on the latter, emphasizing whole, unprocessed foods for healing, but I work with you to find a sustainable path without getting caught up in labels.

When we start our work together, we skip the generic, one-size-fits-all meal plans. Instead, we perform a deep dive into your blood work and daily lifestyle triggers to identify the root cause of your concerns. My focus is on the concept of crowding out. We add nutrient-dense, plant-based foods to your plate until the junk simply does not have room, rather than focusing on restriction or guilt.
