See my workshops in action, where we move beyond recipes to understand how food impacts your family’s health. Whether it is a hands-on session at my kitchen in Adarsh Palm Retreat or a corporate workshop, we focus on real, seasonal, and nourishing food.

Teaching young people the power of food is one of the best gifts we can give them. Here I am, guiding two enthusiastic learners through the steps of preparing a fresh, vibrant salad.

The joy of cooking is in the process. I guide my students through each step, explaining the 'why' behind every ingredient and technique to build their confidence in the kitchen.

Self-care is a priority, not a luxury, especially for women who nurture everyone around them. I was honored to connect with these wonderful women during a hands-on cooking session.

About My Cooking Workshops in Action

If you join a hands-on session, expect more than just watching. We actually cook. My 3-hour workshops at my home studio are limited to 4-6 people, so you get individual attention while mastering specific techniques like fermentation or spice tempering. You will leave with a recipe booklet and, more importantly, the confidence to cook these meals at home.
