6-Week Sunday Holistic Immersion Retreat
Sunday Schedule (9 AM - 6 PM)
- Movement Therapy: Morning sessions starting with Yoga or similar movement practices to open the body.
- Plant-Based Cooking Academy: Hands on workshops teaching WFPB cooking techniques (dairy free cheese, oil free tadkas) including all raw materials.
- Nutrition Course: Theoretical classroom sessions explaining the science behind Gut microbiome, Insulin resistance, and Mitochondria function.
Food & Wellness
- Full Board: Includes nutrient dense WFPB lunch, herbal teas, and healthy evening snacks provided by Cafe Graze.
- Emotional Healing: Group sessions focusing on stress management and mindset using modalities like music therapy.

Meal Specifications
- Nourish Bowl Format: 52 Meals total covering 26 days (Lunch and Dinner). Service is not available on Mondays.
- Macro-Balanced Composition: Each meal includes Whole Grain/Millet, raw salad, cooked vegetables, beans/legumes, and a nut/seed based fat source.
- Strict Dietary Standards: 100% Vegan (Dairy Free), Oil Free, Refined Sugar Free (sweetened with dates/fruits), and Whole Food Plant Based.
Logistics & Menu
- Menu Rotation: Daily changing menu to ensure gut bacterial diversity.
- Sweet Treat: Includes a small date walnut bite or similar healthy dessert component.
- Fulfillment: Meals are prepared for self pickup or delivery (delivery charges apply based on distance from Indiranagar).

When I was diagnosed with breast lumps (one was even early-stage cancer), I switched to a whole food, plant-based lifestyle. That choice helped me heal, and it made me passionate about guiding others on their own journeys.
