Here's what participants had to say about our "Back to the Basics" cooking class. We learned to make everything from protein-rich curd without milk to malai kofta without oil. The bonus sound therapy session was a wonderful surprise for everyone.

In collaboration with Gourmetised, we taught over 25 people how to rely on Nature's Farmacy instead of man's pharmacy. With 11 basic healthy recipes, our attendees are now ready to taste good health in their own kitchens.
