Why I Do What I Do
I see food as real fuel for our bodies, not just something to fill up on. My kitchen is all about bringing back the good stuff nature intended - real, whole plant foods, nothing too fancy or messed with. “Nature tells, man sells” is something I always say. We’ve gotten used to eating food that’s too processed, and I want to change that.
What to Expect
- 100% whole food plant-based meals - always. I skip the shortcuts: no white rice, no maida, no refined sugar, and definitely no oil.
- Sweetness comes from things like dates, raisins, or fruits. No refined sugar or jaggery sneaking in.
- Healthy fats? Only from whole sources like coconut, nuts, or seeds. That’s it.
- Every dish is made to support healing and energy, not just fill you up.

- Daily nourish bowls with different flavours - sometimes Asian style, sometimes homely Indian, always balanced.
