The foundation of a good punch is a proper fist. Here, our Sensei explains the details of making a 'Seiken' or normal fist. This attention to fundamental detail is at the core of our teaching philosophy, ensuring you train safely and effectively from day one.

We are excited to welcome new members to our Muay Thai program, led by Kru Shaleena. Learn the "art of eight limbs" which includes techniques using punches, kicks, knees, and elbows. This class is perfect for building fitness, strength, and confidence.

Our morning MMA classes are a great way to start your day. This clip shows a mix of striking and grappling, the two core components of Mixed Martial Arts. We welcome beginners and will guide you through every step, from your first punch to your first takedown.

We believe martial arts is for everyone, including the youngest warriors. Our kids' striking classes are designed to be fun and engaging, teaching children discipline, respect, and confidence in a safe and supportive group environment.

This is Avilash, one of our passionate striking arts instructors. With a background in competitive boxing and Muay Thai, he brings real-world experience to every class, coaching students on technique, conditioning, and the fighter's mindset.
