The mat is the truth. You will not find fancy air-conditioned machines here, only the grind of drilling your striking combinations and wrestling techniques until they become muscle memory. Our coaches are right there on the floor with you, correcting your stance, shouting commands in English and Kannada, and ensuring you learn the right way—not the easy way.
Whether you are looking to master the stand-up game with kickboxing and boxing, or you want to control the fight on the ground with BJJ and wrestling, this is where you start. We do not skip steps. You will spend time on your footwork, your defensive sprawls, and your clinch entries before you ever trade heavy blows. This is about building a complete martial artist.
Our training floor is built for anyone with the heart to show up, regardless of experience. We keep the groups focused and the instruction hands-on. You will hear us yelling 'ತಲೆ ಬಗ್ಗಿಸಬೇಡ' (don't lower your head) or 'Squeeze' because technique is everything when you are tired. We operate across three locations in Bengaluru—Basaveshwar Nagar, Jalahalli, and Jnana Jyothi Nagar—making it accessible for you to train consistently.
