We are a community-focused dojo teaching BJJ, wrestling, and MMA. No egos here—just structured learning, practical technique, and plenty of sweatysmiles for everyone from beginners to seasoned practitioners.

Here's a glimpse into how we break down techniques. In this clip, I'm explaining the difference between a shallow and a deep underhook in No-Gi grappling, and how to use it as a handle to control your opponent for takedowns or submissions like armbars and kimuras.

This is what our community is all about. We have adults and kids training side by side in our HSR Layout early morning class, all learning and growing together. It truly takes all types to make our team special.

All smiles with the Dawn Patrol crew after a great 5:45 AM training session in Bangalore. We believe in working hard and having a good time doing it. You'll find more smiles than scowls on our mats.

Here's a look at our BJJ Jam, where students test their skills in a friendly, low-pressure environment. This moment captures a student working to pass the guard, a fundamental part of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, while a teammate looks on.

We love to analyze and break down high-level techniques. This video shows a collar tie and wrist control setup to secure a triangle choke in an MMA fight, a great example of applying BJJ principles in a competitive setting.

Grappling is for the whole family, even at home. Here's one of our students and his son practicing fun BJJ movement drills during the lockdown. It's a fantastic way to stay active and bond.

We are students of the game, always learning. This is a page from our 'Dojo Weekly' newsletter, where we break down our curriculum, from BJJ guard passing series to boxing clinch work, and even discuss concepts like combat sports judging.

Training isn't confined to the gym. We often take our wrestling practice to the park for some fresh air, working on drills and playing games to keep our skills sharp and have some fun.

About Featured

We run things differently here. Instead of just jumping into sparring, we follow our 'Dojo Weekly' curriculum, where we break down specific techniques like guard passing or underhooks before you ever touch a mat. It is about building a solid foundation, ensuring you get 1% better every single session in a safe, ego-free zone.
