I am very proud of my team. Here we are getting some of our fighters ready for the ADCC grappling competition. We all contribute to helping our competitors prepare, because one person's success is a victory for the whole team.

About Our Training Community
We train on puzzle mats in an open-air, industrial setting, not a fancy air-conditioned gym. You will find pro fighters drilling alongside complete beginners here, and the energy is different because we actually support each other. If you are looking for a sterile, mirror-filled gym, this is not it. We are here to sweat, learn, and grow together.
Martial arts can be intimidating, but our approach breaks down those barriers. When you walk in, you aren't just joining a class; you are part of a crew. We balance high-level technical work for our competitive fighters with foundational movements for people just starting their fitness journey.
What to expect in our sessions
- No Ego: The person sweating next to you could be a professional fighter or someone on day one of their weight loss goal. Everyone is equal on the mats.
- Open-Air Environment: We train at our HSR Layout and Basapura studios in open-air setups. It is about raw work, not luxury amenities.
- Real Skill Building: From BJJ and kickboxing to Olympic lifting, we focus on technique that actually works in real life.
- Collaborative Growth: Whether we are prepping for a grappling competition or just finishing a sweat session, the focus is on collective progress.
