In our gym, skill is the only thing that matters. We have a co-ed training environment where men and women spar and drill together, pushing each other to become better fighters.
Our group classes are for everyone. Here, women train alongside men, learning boxing fundamentals and getting hands on instruction from our coaches in a welcoming environment.
We empower our female members to be strong and proficient strikers. This sequence shows a woman developing power on the heavy bag and refining her combinations on the pads with a coach.
Our training for women goes beyond striking. We teach effective wrestling and grappling techniques, ensuring our female fighters are skilled in every aspect of self defense and MMA.
It doesn't matter if you're a beginner or have experience. We provide the tools and guidance for women to learn striking, whether it's on the heavy bag or through shadowboxing drills.
We teach practical kickboxing for fitness and self defense. Our female members learn to throw punches and kicks with proper technique in partner drills.
Partner drills are a great way to learn. Here, women practice kickboxing techniques on pads, building muscle memory and confidence with every strike.
Willpower is built, not found. Our group classes for women focus on creating strength and endurance through a mix of shadowboxing, squats, and other conditioning exercises.
Our female members learn striking fundamentals through a variety of drills, including hitting kick shields and practicing boxing combinations with a partner.
It's never too late to start. We welcome women and girls of all ages, providing personalized pad work and instruction to help you begin your martial arts journey.
About Women Who Fight
You will not find any 'fitness dance' here. We teach real striking—boxing, Muay Thai, and kickboxing—and ground game basics that actually work. You will learn how to throw a punch, protect yourself, and hold your own in the gym. If you come here, prepare to sweat, work hard, and leave the excuses at the door.
We treat every member the same. Our training for women focuses on three core pillars: striking, grappling, and conditioning. In our boxing and Muay Thai sessions, you learn proper form, how to throw a jab, defend a hook, and utilize your elbows and knees. This is not just cardio; it is technical skill.
When it comes to grappling, we teach you how to control your opponent on the ground. Whether you are at our Chhatarpur or Malviya Nagar gym, you will be on the mats drilling takedowns and submission defense. It is about building muscle memory and learning to stay calm when someone is pushing you.
We do not do fluff. Our classes are mixed, which means you spar and drill with everyone. This forces you to adapt, keeps you humble, and pushes your limits. If you are 16 or 50, you are welcome here. We have the gear—heavy bags, speed balls, and mats—you bring the consistency. Come in, get on the floor, and start training.
