People always wait for their time. I believe, time khud banana padta hai (you have to make your own time). If you want a quick fix, my coaching isn’t for you. Body transformation isn’t a 90-day thing - real, long-term fitness transformation can take years. I’ll push you to build habits that last, not just for a few months.

What To Expect

  • Intense Training: I use hardcore bodybuilding principles. Whether you want to bulk up or go for a sustainable fat loss journey, expect serious, progressive workouts. Most of my plans suit those at intermediate or advanced levels, but even if you’re new, I’ll guide you step by step.
  • Technique Over Ego: Forget about lifting heavy just to show off. I’ll make sure your form is right, so you feel the muscle working and stay injury-free.
  • Structured Bodybuilding Meal Plan: Diet is half the battle. I’ll give you a completely personalized plan, and yes, supplements like protein or creatine when needed – but only what’s necessary.

Warrior Mindset: Bano Ziddi

Your body follows your mind. I’ll coach you to be ziddi (stubborn) about your goals. Discipline over comfort, every single day. You’ll learn how to block out negativity and stick to your path, even when it gets tough.
