Strength is not about fancy equipment. It is about the discipline to follow a plan and the mindset to never quit. Here is the philosophy that builds true warriors.

This is my mantra: "Takat baju mein nahi kaleje mein hoti hai". Strength is in your heart. This video shows my own physique, built on this very principle of mental toughness and willpower.

This is the level of conditioning I maintain. The vascularity and muscle definition you see here are not just for show; they are the product of intense training and a perfectly managed diet. I practice what I preach.

People call me the "Sanju baba" of my gym. This video shows the intensity and raw look that comes from years of dedicated bodybuilding. It's a look of pure hard work.

They call me the King of Body. This is me posing and training in my element. I have dedicated my life to understanding the art and science of bodybuilding.

The smile of satisfaction after pushing through a tough set of bicep curls. The pain of the workout is temporary, but the strength you gain is permanent. Har Har Mahadev.

"Kamzor na hum kabhi the, aur na kabhi ho sakenge." We were never weak, and we never will be. This is the mindset you need to succeed, both in the gym and in life.

"Rukna hume aata nahi aur jhukna kabhi humne sikha nahi." We don't know how to stop, and we never learned how to bow down. My journey has been about moving forward with confidence and strength.

Aaj ka gyaan: Your mind is your greatest asset, so always keep it positive. Here I am having a simple, healthy meal. A strong body starts with a strong and positive mind.

People ask why I don't have any vices. My focus is on my work and my body. My dedication is my intoxication. This is a principle I live by, inspired by the discipline of the greatest warriors.

The pump is real. A close-up shot showing the vascularity and muscle fullness in my arms during a workout. This is the result of forcing blood into the muscles with high-intensity training.

About The Guru's Code: My Philosophy

Transformation is not just about counting reps. I do not give you a generic chart and walk away. I review your physique photos every week to adjust your carb intake and supplement stack based on your progress. When you train with me, you are following a plan that evolves with your body, not a static sheet of paper.

My approach to fitness is simple: if you are not ready for kadi mehnat (hard work), you are in the wrong place. I have been training people since 2008, from celebrities to athletes prepping for bodybuilding stages, and the principle remains the same. The gym is a place to break your limits, not to show off in fancy gear. We focus on compound movements like squats, deadlifts, and overhead presses because that is how you build real, functional muscle.

Diet is the most critical part of this. You can lift as heavy as you want, but if your nutrition is not on point, you will not see the definition you are after. I create strict diet plans that prioritize local, accessible ingredients. Whether you are training at my facility in Ghaziabad or following my online protocol, the rules are the same: consistency, weekly tracking, and no excuses. We do not focus on quick fixes. We focus on results that stick. If you are serious about changing your physique, we will get it done.

I am Arun, and I treat the gym as a temple. I do not believe in hi-fi machines or shortcuts; I believe in iron, discipline, and the sweat that earns results. If you are ready for kadi mehnat, we will get there together.
