Welcome to Traditional Boxing Academy. This is a glimpse of our daily grind, where men and women from all walks of life come together to push their limits through intense group workouts, heavy bag drills, and core conditioning.
We build real strength from the ground up with fundamental lifts. Here you see our members mastering the core principles of power with weighted squats, flat bench presses, and deadlifts, forming the foundation of a true fighter's physique.
The floor is covered in sweat because we work for every result. This is a look at our high-intensity conditioning drills, where we use bodyweight exercises like knuckle push-ups, planks, and dynamic movements to build endurance and mental toughness.
Training here is a group effort. I provide hands-on instruction to every member, ensuring proper form and technique. We focus on the details because mastery is built on a strong foundation of boxing fundamentals.
In boxing, your feet are as important as your hands. I teach my students essential footwork and agility drills using ladders to improve their speed, balance, and coordination, helping them move like a real fighter in the ring.
True upper body strength is built with classic exercises. Here, a student performs pull-ups, a key calisthenics movement in our program for developing a powerful back and shoulders, essential for any athlete.
The most powerful tool you have is discipline. I teach my students that consistency and hard work are the only things that build lasting strength, both in the gym and in life. There are no shortcuts to greatness.
We use a variety of old-school tools to build explosive power. Our conditioning circuits include intense battle rope workouts and rope pulls that challenge the entire body, improve cardiovascular health, and build functional strength.
This is the start of a seven day transformation. We prove that with intense dedication to our boxing and conditioning routine, combined with a high-protein diet, you can achieve significant fat loss and body recomposition in just one week.
It's never too early to build discipline and strength. I welcome young aspirants to the academy, teaching them the fundamentals of fitness and boxing in a supportive environment, helping them grow into future champions.

The gear you see here—the heavy tires, cast-iron plates, and battle ropes—is not for show. We stick to fundamental, compound movements like deadlifts, squats, and technical pad work because that is what builds an actual fighter. If you are looking for a fancy air-conditioned gym to take selfies, this is not the place. We are here to work.
When you join my academy in GTB Nagar, you are entering a space where the noise of the city fades out. We operate on a simple principle: discipline is the only path to real results. I utilize traditional boxing techniques, including the USSR-style method, focusing on footwork, defensive angles, and punch mechanics.
Our sessions are split into group-based, high-intensity workouts. You will find yourself working alongside students, young athletes, and professionals, all pushing through the same drills. We focus on:

We train six days a week, with morning and evening batches, ensuring that no matter your schedule, the work gets done.
